the
Persuasive Professional
“The Persuasive Professional” is a handbook for any professional who needs to INFLUENCE others - solicitors, doctors, teachers, SMEs, finance, insurance and, of course, DENTISTS - but not only dentists.... in fact ANYONE who works in a dental practice !
the book's 8 chapters
1. The Reflective Professional
2. The Thinking Professional
3. The Persuasive Professional
4. The Informative Professional
5. The Controlled Professional
6. The Professional Motivator
7. The Professional Negotiator
8. Pitching Professionally
Patients wouldn't normally know, of course, that a conscientious, likeable, charismatic and caring dentist is taking a little longer on a procedure than a dentist who, though clinically brilliant, is a poor communicator with raw interpersonal skills - or even rude!
And if our “competent” and charming dentist was ALSO an inspiring leader with a great practice team all motivated and working together, there would be queues of new patients at the door!
