Options 1 and 2 above are partly my attempt at leaving a legacy, whereas options 3 and 4 are me wanting to indulge myself by enjoying the process and the camaraderie of working with practices (and laughing a lot!) and, more importantly, from a practices’ point of view, CONTRIBUTING to the their success in delivering a vitally important service in this chaotic world!

Below are the five major ways as a consultant I can help dental practices - their individuals, as a team and as a business - and always focused on the patients. But I'm nothing if not flexible and creative, so please as you peruse the site, don't hesitate to contact me if anything appeals to you. My ego is such that I never want to do anything I don't KNOW I am going to do well (and enjoy) So I listen, rather than sell, and will always be honest in response to any enquiry!
Train the Trainer
If you have two or more people you want to deliver CPD, Rick will consult to establish your objectives and priorities and then design and deliver a hands-on workshop to equip them to do so.
Follow up personal coaching (live or remote) as necessary

There are so many ways Rick can work in partnership with “entrepreneurial” dental professionals that the only fixed element is the initial consultation !

My FEES (leaving the best for last)
My Consultancy Fee Rate is a range from nil to £250 per hour! Nil when I am doing remote catch-ups, debriefs, answering questions, or helping solve problems and my fees are built into the rates and prices of the assignment, often with a phrase like "as much remote follow-up as necessary".
I'm not old - I'm mature and experienced!
The photo top right with my headphones on was taken in April 2023, so that's how old I really am! These two are also very recent - a selfie with hat on and a peekaboo with hat off at Sunny Smiles, Canning Town's, teambuilding day. They show my personality as well as my "maturity". I love doing what I do, so I never want to retire! Photos all over this site bear witness to my claim that "I get paid for having fun!". But I am also very SERIOUS because there is never anything more rewarding (as dental professionals will testify) than the gratitude of those you have helped (delegates or patients). So I will always do whatever it takes to help people grow.
